30 Knot Gourmet consists of Landon and Tony, We're an engineer and a scientist with a love of cooking and obsession with food.
Tony refined his approach to unusual ingredients while sailing in the Caribbean (including armadillo and land crab: http://ispaf.com/?p=1122)
Landon's preferred approach is to create home-style healthy food with a modern twist. She refined her palate for Asian food in grad school at Kyoto University.
