30 Knot Gourmet were inspired when they found black truffles at the farmer's market. How to store? In an air tight container with uncooked eggs! We only had duck eggs to hand. We made soft scrambled duck egg on challah bread. OMG! We have to share that. A menu is born!

Truffled Scrambled Duck Eggs and Challah
Soft scrambled duck eggs perfumed with natural truffle essence and served on soft challah bread and optional truffle shaving (see below).
Rolled Pavlova with Fresh Berries
Have you ever eaten a cloud? Pavlova is a creamy mix of fresh berries, whipped cream and meringue that is the perfect sweet finish to this upscale brunch.
Mimosa or Orange Juice
Your meal served with one mimosa or orange juice. Additional available for purchase.

Tito's vodka, V8, and 30 Knot secret spices, garnished with celery, house cured olives, and house pickled okra! (Add on)
Truffle Shaving
Small Plate
A truffle shaving is available as an add on to the truffled eggs. Winter Black Truffle fro Spain, or Himalayan Black Truffle (depending on what's available and smells good!)
