Boeuf Bourguignon is a French peasant dish that has been refined into haute cuisine. The first "modern" recipe was by Escoffier in 1903. Julia Child gushed that Boeuf Bourginon was "One of the most delicious beef dishes concocted by man!" We are pairing this menu with interesting wines
