New year, new baking experiences! If you are an eager and curious learner and have ever wanted to learn how to make dainty French macarons, this 2 + hours Tastemade in- person experience is for you! Let’s put our French pastry chef hat on and start preparing these highly sought-after meringue-based sandwich cookies. In this experience you will work together with other student in a group of 3-4 in a fun hands on environment, I will guide you step by step in the process for mixing, pipping and baking delicious macaron shells. While the macarons are baking, we will prepare a delicious filling. Please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes as we will be standing, cooking and working most of the class. All ingredients are provided and you will take home some macarons, so please bring a small sealed tight container The kitchen will be sanitized before the class starts and please wear your masks for safety. I need at least 4 students registered for this class by Feb 9, 2023 @ 3:00 PM-CST. Tastemade will process a refund for your ticket.
