My spirit animal is Chicken Parm. I grew up eating so much red sauce, that my blood type is Type M (for marinara). Nothing is more satisfying to me than to cook & share old school Italian with some modern California twists. Join me for this special summer appearance of my Sunday Gravy series. Wine will flow – Dean and Frank will croon – You will leave very full.
