The evening will begin with a cooking demo by Chef Louis Pechan on how to work with cactus, followed by a family style meal that highlights the ingredient of honor for the evening. The dinner will be paired with Arizona wines. Somewhere between a saguaro selfie and a poolside cabana are friendly dive bars to explore, great music to discover and street art to stumble upon—all wrapped in a stunning desert backdrop. So come, and let Phoenix surprise you. Chef Louis Pechan’s devotion to local produce and heirloom ingredients shape every dish. His love for foraging from the local wilderness combined with his expertise in artisan processes and his understanding of the abundant seasonal produce the western US has to offer defines every menu he creates.
