Salamat Po means “thank you” in Tagalog. This pop-up was created to honor the hard work and sacrifice of Filipinos who came to this country as immigrants. The menu for Salamat Po is one that pays tribute to Filipino food tradition while infusing new technique and perspective to it, connecting the Filipino and American aspects of our community. Salamat Po is a communal dining experience because the family table is at the heart of Filipino food.
