I will teach you how to mix spirit-forward cocktails using only Bourbon, Amaro Montenegro & Angostura Bitters. Maple syrup & honey are also recommended but sugar will work just as well if you don't have them. Spirit-forward cocktails are any cocktails that only use booze and no citrus. Think of Old Fashioneds, Negronis, Boulevardiers, Martinis, etc. You will learn how to make 3 classic cocktails as well as how to batch cocktails for hosting at home. You will also be provided with a recipe card for other spirit-forward cocktails to mix up at home on your own time. - How to stir cocktails at home with whatever you have available in their kitchen (Pint glasses, Pitchers, Mason Jar, Chopsticks, Knives, Spatulas, Whatever!) - Why you NEVER shake a Manhattan or a Martini - How to properly garnish (fruit strips, twists, zests) - How to batch cocktails to entertain & serve at home for guests
