My wife Tali and I have been entertaining for years. It's in our blood. I'm a self taught chef and Tali is my muse. It started as something fun to do and escalated into a passion spurred forward by accolades. We cook largely pescetarian (vegetarian + seafood) accented by pancetta when absolutely necessary. Tali's a registered dietitian so our meals are typically heavy on both fresh vegetables and flavor.
