I was born and raised in Ethiopia. My culinary journey started in my early childhood cooking with my my mom making variety of traditional Ethiopian food as well as fresh pasta, ravioli, panatone. Because of my passion for food and cooking, I decided to attend a culinary school in Italy (FCAS) and US ( Startford Culinary institute) since graduating. I have been catering Ethiopian and Italian food, and creating Tef ( gluten free) healthy products such us cookies, power bars as well as sauces for the last 12 yrs.
In this pop up dinner, I will be show casing variety of traditional Ethiopian dishes that are sure to leave impression on your taste buds. Join us and experience Ethiopian culture through food.
