Technically, I can't call myself a Vegan but, I eat a lot of vegan vegetarian food. These are some of my all time favorite vegan dishes from my African continent. This dishes are full of flavor, the aroma smells good, and it looks and taste delicious! So, if you are Vegan, Vegetarian or not, all must try!!!!

Tunisian Chickpeas

Cooked chickpeas with spices, lemon and herbs. It is a very tasty dish.
Osu Tomato Salad

Cherry or heirloom tomato, marinated with garlic, ginger, onion, cucumber, jalapeno, cayenne pepper, basil lemon sauce. It is fresh and just tasty!
Gari Fotto
Entree
Gari Fotto. Cassava flakes and kale cooked in flavorful yummy tasty spicy tomato sauce, served with deliciously plantain, cucumber and avocado past.
Injera wrap

Injera wrap stuffed with Berbere spice, carrots, cabbage, spinach, avocado, onion, tomato, spicy green sauce.

Another crowds favorite. This native fried potato dish is popular in the coastal towns in Kenya. You are going to love my sweet potato version! Seasoned with herbs and spices.
Odopa Coconut Dink
Beverage
Fresh coconut water, pineapple juice, guava juice, orange juice, lemon juice, mint drink. Simply delicious! This drink was created by me. And I must say it is fantastic!
