Mahshi koronb

Egyptian cabbage stuffed with seasoned rice. This Egyptian dish is among my top North African Dishes.
Tunisian Chickpeas

Cooked chickpeas with spices, lemon and herbs. It is a very tasty dish.
Moroccan Mint Tea

Ampesie, green plantains, avocado, with eggplant sauce - cooked in red palm fruit oil. Take me back home! Even though this dish is simple, it is also tasty and full of flavor! With this dish we have made our way to the Ashanti Region, Eastern Region and maybe a little bit to the Central Region of Ghana. To the Akan, Ashanti, Twi and Fante ethnic group of Ghana.

Fermented corn dough steamed dish. Comes with 3 sauces, Shito, red sauce, tomato salad From the Ga, and Ewe ethnic group of Ghana. You will find Komi being sold on the street of Accra
