You are in for a treat! I have taken the already delicious traditional cuisine and created something even more wow by adding more flavor to the already flavorful cuisine. Also adding spices, herbs and some few other ingredients that are not familia in African food. From the Southern African cuisine, join me for my African dinner!

Flavored dried meat or sausage and cabbage. Namibian where once colonized by the German. You can see it influence in their cuisine.
Oxtail Potjieko

Oxtail prepared with vegetables. Namibian cuisine is known for it's variety. On this vast desert, you would be surprise to see how they prepared their meals with games and fresh vegetables

National South African delicious curried meat, fruits with yummy golden creamy topping dish. This is amazing! I guess I will not be far off, if i said, if you are a South African, and you eat meat, then the chances are you have had this dish before!

Slow cooked beef until falling apart serve with polenta. Botswana cuisine, Setswana food is quite unique and full of flavor
