Akwaaba means welcome in Twi from the Akan ethnic group of Ghana. Chef Oren and I invite you to join us on a delicious journey as we bring our two cultures and cuisine together for an exotic meal.

Egyptian stuffed cabbage with rice seasoned with spices and herbs, served with marinated Egyptian cucumber salad. This Egyptian dish is among my top North African dishes. The flavor is fantastic!

Chicken tagine cooked slowly with dates, olives and preserved lemon, topped with toasted almonds and torn herbs. Served with warm saffron couscous.
