Plantain Kebab
Marinated plantains with garlic, ginger and cayenne served with beans cooked with spices in Ghanaian red palm fruit oil sauce served with cucumber. If you have never had this dish before, I am saying, maybe it about time you try!! It is so yummy!
Lamb Shawarma
Lamb shawarma braised in pomegranate molasses, served in a mini pita with Chef Afia's famous spicy green sauce, sour pickles and onions. A real collaboration between two chefs who genuinely love each others food.
Crispy chickpea falafel served with whipped tahini, turmeric pickled cabbage and tomato matbucha. Matbucha is a sweet and sour tomato pepper sauce that reduces down and creates a glaze over the falafel, balanced by the creamy tahini and crunchy pickles.
Moroccan Meatballs
Moroccan meatballs! No bread, no eggs no problem! Braised in a spicy, fragrant tomato sauce, served with a cherry tomato, parsley and cilantro salad.
