I am hosting cultural dinner experiences In My Home! I call it Afia Chef's Table, a 16 seat community dinner table, where we experience the culture and food from the continent of Africa. All ethnicities and beliefs are welcome. Great conversation, food, music and fun! On Afia Chef's Table, we respect and appreciate each others differences, agree to disagree and come ready to make new friends. Check out my schedule of dinner event on feb. I am hosting a series of dinners in honor of Black History Month! Each week in February I will feature different parts of the continent of Africa - Western, Northern, Eastern and Southern Africa. If You should asked me, or most Ghanaians, this dish is the best comfort food of all time! This Fufu, is a combination of cassava, African yams and green plantains flour cooked and formed together to make fufu. Meat, of Seafood Soup is slowly cooked on low heat for a few hours! The end result gives you so much flavor! Eaten in most part of West Africa. Vegan
Jollof Rice | Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Gambia, Togo, Mali, Ivory Coast, Liberia

Jollof Rice, There is a debate going on between Ghanaians and Nigerians about who cook this spicy rice tomato dish the best. Well, and I am not saying I am among them, I am just saying that some Ghanaians are saying, Nigerians started Jollof rice, and we the Ghanaians perfected it! Never mind about Senegal where Jollof rice originated. This is a discussion between Ghanaians and Nigerians. No one is invited! Well, unless you are a Senegalese! Eaten in most part of West Africa
