Hello everyone! Akwaaba! On the map of Africa, we are back in Ghana, where I was born. On this menu, I have selected a few of my favorite traditional Ghanaian dishes and crafted them into my own. As always, everything here is full of flavor, all natural, healthy and no GMO! Tropic Fruit Salad
Tasty treats, a mixer of my favorite tropic fruits over yogurt. Enjoy and stay healthy!
Tatale is a fried plantains marinated, seasoned with ginger, garlic, cayenne etc. This all time Ghanaian Street food favorite appetizer is popular in Ghana. This tasty treat is originated by the GA ethnic native group from Accra Ghana.

Gari Fotto
Gari Fotto. Cassava flakes and kale cooked in flavorful yummy tasty spicy tomato sauce, served with deliciously marinated spice beef kabobs.
