Ampesie With Kontomere Sauce
Cassava or plantain Ampesie, avocado, salmon with Kontomere - Taro leaves cooked with pumpkin seed in red palm fruit oil. Take me back home! Even though this dish is simple, it is also tasty and full of flavor! With this dish we have made our way to the Ashanti Region, Eastern Region and maybe a little bit to the Central Region of Ghana. To the Akan, Ashanti, Twi and Fante ethnic group of Ghana.
