I'm a native Angeleno who grew up crisscrossing the city on a mission to eat the world right here in the City of Angels. That lead me to combine travel and food into my career as a food and travel expert and creator of Salt & Wind.

When it comes to my food, I'm cook inspired by the places I have traveled all while staying true to the whole foods and seasonal ingredients of my California kitchen.

I've worked in all things food from restaurants to food magazines, from hosting cooking shows to authoring a cookbook, and now leading food-focused trips with my company, saltandwindtravel.com.
