A mix of North to South and classic to creative, eating in Mexico City gives you a taste of all that is food in Mexico right now. Did we mention that the uber-talented Zagat 30 Under 30 Chef Ted Montoya will be cooking? Oh, and we'll have a selection of organic Mexican wine, Mexican craft beer, and mezcal on hand for your enjoy!

Chile-marinated spit-grilled meat served with charred pineapple, tomatillo relish, and pickled onion.
Pambazo {Salsa-Dunked Sliders}
A twist on our favorite Mexico City sandwich, these sliders have chorizo casera, crispy potatoes, and queso duro on a guajillo chile-stained bolillo roll.

Elote {Grilled Mexican Street Corn}
One of the iconic and ubiquitous street foods in Mexico (aka the delicious corn featured in the film "Nacho Libre"), this is charred corn with coriander butter, cotija, and lime

Choux pastry fried and covered in spiced sugar and served with a salted dulce de leche sauce
