Working primarily as a private Chef, I almost never get to cook what I want--the customer is always right, after all. This menu, however, is composed entirely of things I am obsessed with right now: incredibly fresh, local seafood with seasonal accents, an innovative salad, a twist on traditional gnocchi, and a sweet surprise to finish. It's everything I'd want if I were able to sit down at the table with you.

Honestly, some things are better as a surprise. But I will tell you that it's served with a glass of ruby port alongside.
