Alison, a Southwest native, moved to Chicago in order to pursue a career in pastry. Since then she has spent time in many of Chicago's best restaurants from Longman&Eagle, Sepia Perennial Virant, and Marisol also going on to earning the Jean Banchet Rising Pastry award 2017 for her work at Honey’s. She is currently overseeing the bread and pastry department for Butcher & Bee in Charleston.
