In my family we say that the way we treat ourselves during Rosh Hashanah indicates how the rest of the year will look like.
Rosh Hashanah, first of the Jewish High Holidays, a celebration of symbolic acts and the opening dinner, is a feast where every sight, smell and taste has a meaning.
In this feast we indulge in sweet and savory moments, enjoying the experience together.
No matter what your faith is and what you may or may not practice, it is my pleasure to invite you to join this meaningful feast with us.
I will be cooking and baking traditional holiday dishes from all over the Jewish world, and will be sure to give everyone a culinary experience they will not soon forget. Shana Tova! ("Happy New Year")
