This is a virtual, hands on, live lesson taught by Chef Cameo Fucci. She takes the techniques she learned in Italy and uses them to form a fresh gluten free pasta dough. After forming your dough, you will be making three hand cut shapes- tagliatelle, pappardelle, and farfalle (Chef's personal favorite). *Lessons are recorded for convenience, so you can rewatch whenever you'd like. *No fancy equipment required.
