Join us in this 2 hour live, virtual workshop as we hand make a Tuscan classic: fresh ravioli filled with ricotta and chestnuts, while we taste two Italian wines. Hosted by Chef and Owner of Allora Pasta Co., Cameo Fucci and Sommelier's Madeline Miller and Ehron Souza. This is a hands-on, educational workshop where you will learn how to make ricotta & chestnut filled ravioli and tortellini. Along the way, we'll also taste and learn about two Italian wines, handpicked by Madeline and Ehron.
Chestnut and Ricotta Ravioli with 2 handpicked Italian Wines
This is a classic southern Tuscan dish where chestnuts were typically gathered from the local mountains. This is a wonderfully satisfying dish with a simple butter or olive oil sauce to finish.
