It's time to make Ravioli! This is a virtual, live hands on pasta making lesson taught by Chef Cameo Fucci. She will teach you to make Ravioli, Mezzelune, and Tortellini. The lesson will be about 2 hours long and will take place on Zoom. Lessons are recorded for convenience, so you can rewatch whenever you'd like. *No fancy equipment required. The most extensive piece of equipment you will need is a rolling pin but a clean wine bottle can be used in its place! *This lesson is perfect for all skill-levels and the entire family. *Vegetarian and can easily be adapted for vegans. *Suggested sauce and filling recipes are sent upon booking.
