Join us in this 2 hour live, hands on, virtual workshop as we take a tour of the region of Umbria, Italy through our tastebuds. Hosted by Chef and Owner of Allora Pasta Co., Cameo Fucci and Sommelier's Madeline Miller and Ehron Souza. This is a hands-on, educational workshop where you will learn how to make the classic Umbrian Pasta dish - Pasta Alla Norcina with Paccheri and taste and learn about two Umbrian wines, handpicked by Madeline and Ehron. *Suggested wine pairings, ingredient, and equipment lists are sent upon booking. *Workshops are recorded so you can watch on your own time if you can't make it live **Minimum attendees to hold the class: 4 – otherwise it will get rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
