This is a live, virtual, hands on lesson where Chef Cameo Fucci will teach you the fundamentals of pasta making. After forming your fresh pasta dough, you will be making three pasta shapes by rolling out your dough and cutting our pasta into three hand cut shapes- tagliatelle, pappardelle, and farfalle. *No fancy equipment required. The most extensive piece of equipment you will need is a rolling pin but a clean wine bottle can be used in its place! *You’ll receive an ingredient list to cook or watch and make later using the recipe. *This lesson is perfect for all skill-levels and the entire family. *Vegetarian and can easily be adapted for vegans. *Suggested sauce recipes are sent upon booking.
