This is a virtual, hands on, live lesson taught by Chef Cameo Fucci. She takes the techniques she learned in Italy and uses them to form a fresh gluten free pasta dough. After forming your dough, you will be making three hand cut shapes- tagliatelle, pappardelle, and farfalle (Chef's personal favorite). *Lessons are recorded for convenience, so you can rewatch whenever you'd like. *No fancy equipment required. The most extensive piece of equipment you will need is a rolling pin but a clean wine bottle can be used in its place! *This lesson is perfect for all skill-levels and the entire family. *Gluten free and vegetarian *Suggested sauce recipes are sent upon booking. **Minimum attendees to hold the class: 4 – otherwise it will get rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
