This is a live, virtual workshop where Chef Cameo Fucci will guide you through making fresh ricotta gnocchi with a spinach and herb pesto. After forming your fresh gnocchi dough, you will be making a delicious, herbacious pesto to pair with the pasta. *Can be made gluten free by substituting gluten free flour for all purpose flour! *You’ll receive an ingredient list to cook or watch and make later using the recipe. *This lesson is perfect for all skill-levels and the entire family. *Minimum attendees to hold the class: 4 – otherwise it will get rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
