Agnolotti Dal Plin is traditionally made around the time of big celebrations. You would typically use the leftover meat from the night before to make a decadent filling. Mother’s Day is certainly a time to celebrate and your mother deserves to be celebrated! Whether you’re on opposite sides of the world, or are socially distanced, this class is the perfect way to show your mom how much she means to you. Together we’ll be tasting hand picked wine and making my favorite filled pasta - sweet little Agnolotti Dal Plin! This is a virtual, live hands on pasta making lesson taught by Chef Cameo Fucci. The workshop takes place on May 8th at 5pm EST. I’ll teach you to make an Asparagus and Parmesan filling along with the Piedmont classic, Agnolotti while our guest wine expert will guide us through the wine tasting. The lesson will be about 2 hours long and will take place on Zoom. Lessons are recorded for convenience, so you can rewatch whenever you'd like. Equipment and ingredient lists are sent upon booking. *No fancy equipment required. The most extensive piece of equipment you will need is a blender or food processor and a rolling pin but a clean wine bottle can be used in its place! *Vegetarian and can easily be adapted for vegans. *Minimum attendees to hold the class: 4 – otherwise it will get rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
