This is a virtual, hands on, live lesson taught by Chef Cameo Fucci. She takes the techniques she learned in Italy and uses them to form a fresh ricotta gnocchi dough (can be made Gluten Free!) Ingredients for gluten free gnocchi will be provided as well if you prefer gluten free. Along with the gnocchi, you'll learn how to make a Creamy Mushroom Sauce to pair. The sauce can also be made dairy free if you prefer. In this interactive workshop, you'll take home a new set of skills and a delicious meal all within two hours.
