This is a live and interactive hands on pasta making workshop with Chef Cameo Fucci. A portion of the proceeds from this class will be donated to the UMass Ski and Board Club (UMSBC) in Massachusetts, which Cameo was the vice president of from 2012-2014. After forming your fresh pasta dough, you will be making three pasta shapes by hand - Cavatelli, Orecchiette, and Malloreddus. You'll take home recipes + a new skill set to enjoy a mouth watering meal with your own handcrafted pasta while raising money for the UMSBC. Lessons are recorded so you can re-watch at your convenience or watch later if you can't make it live! *No fancy equipment required. *This lesson is perfect for all skill-levels and the entire family. *Vegan and vegetarian *Suggested sauce recipes are sent upon booking.

Orecchiette, Malloredeus, and Cavatelli
Ingredients: 1 cups of all purpose flour or 00 flour, plus a small bowl of flour for dusting throughout. 1 cup of semolina flour, or 1 more cup of all purpose flour or 00 flour if semolina is not available. 3/4 cup of water This dough recipe will make 4 servings, or enough for 2 people to have a second helping. If you would like to make more, you can double the recipe.
