Giving Tuesday! Virtual Pasta Making Workshop for Skateistan
Brooklyn, New York
In this equipment free, live and interactive class, you will be forming a fresh flour & water based dough then making three pasta shapes by hand - Cavatelli, Orecchiette, and Malloreddus. On this month's edition of Pasta with a Purpose, I have partnered with the international non-profit, Skateistan. Skateistan is an award-winning organization empowering children through skateboarding and education. Through their innovative programs which combine creative, arts-based education with the fun and freedom of skateboarding, Skateistan gives children the opportunity to become leaders for a better world. This is a live and interactive hands on pasta making workshop with Chef Cameo Fucci. 40% of proceeds from this class will be donated to the incredible organization, Skateistan. Please visit skateistan.org to learn more about the work they do around the world everyday. You'll take home recipes + a new skill set to enjoy a mouth watering meal with your own handcrafted pasta while raising money for Skateistan. Lessons are recorded so you can re-watch at your convenience or watch later if you can't make it live! *No fancy equipment required. *This lesson is perfect for all skill-levels and the entire family. *Vegan and vegetarian *Suggested sauce recipes are sent upon booking.
