Ricotta Gnocchi & Vodka Sauce Virtual Workshop

This is a virtual, hands on, live lesson taught by Chef Cameo Fucci. This live virtual workshop takes place on December 28th at 6pm EST. She takes the techniques she learned in Italy and uses them to form a fresh ricotta gnocchi dough. Ingredient list for gluten free gnocchi will be provided as well. Along with the gnocchi, you'll learn how to make a class Vodka Sauce to pair. The sauce can also be made dairy free if you prefer. In this interactive workshop, you'll take home a new set of skills and a delicious meal all within two hours. I hope to see you there!
