Orecchiette with My Dad's Tomato Sauce
Ingredients: 1 cups of all purpose flour or 00 flour, plus a small bowl of flour for dusting throughout. 1 cup of semolina flour, or 1 more cup of all purpose flour or 00 flour if semolina is not available. 3/4 cup of water This dough recipe will make 4 servings, or enough for 2 people to have a second helping. If you would like to make more, you can double the recipe.
