This is a virtual, hands on, live lesson taught by Chef Cameo Fucci. She takes the techniques she learned in Italy and uses them to form a fresh ricotta gnocchi dough (can be made gluten free!) Along with the gnocchi, you'll learn how to make a bright and zesty Spring Pesto to pair.
