Versa Projects is a dinner series created with the intent to express and integrate familiar concepts & techniques in unexpected and creative ways. Using locally sourced, farmer's market and high quality ingredients in order to showcase both pastry and savory ideas throughout a meal, an unstuffy but elevated fine dining experience for an open mind.
