: I'm San Antonio's deaf chef and official Person of Positivity (2019). I started as a hotel dishwasher sixteen years ago, and have cooked my way around the world, eventually working my way to executive chef, and private chef for billionaires and athletes. When an accident took my hearing, I turned to administration and culinary history, and ultimately opened my own company providing niche catering and consulting services for high net worth individuals, unique events, and F&B businesses. It's been an absolute adventure, and I love every minute!
