I am Andie Leon, Private Chef/ Author/ Recipe development. The concept is a superfood cuisine that incorporates organic meats, fish, poultry, and vegetables infused with superfoods such as acai, apricot kernels, camu camu, chia, cacao, dragon fruit, goji berries, golden berries, hemp, longan fruit, spirulina, pomegranates, maca, maqui, yacon and many more alongside flowers (for emotional healing), herbs and spices.

After struggling 17 years with a chronic eating disorder that almost took my life on various occasions, I turned to alternative treatments and the sport of boxing to overcome this disease. I discovered that by eating organic foods, the negative patterns started to shift. When I introduced superfoods in my diet, the long and painful road to recovery finally came to an end. I decided it was best to leave the film industry behind to focus on a new career to help others with similar conditions.

I started at Wholefoods Market, teaching their cooking demos; eventually, my classes were in such demand that The Wholefoods team invited me and two of my recipes to participate in the food and wine festival (Los Angeles) two consecutive years. Then I became the Executive Chef for, The social Odyssey for emerging leaders. I worked as a recipe consultant for various cannabis companies and participated as a chef in the book, “The Cannabis Kitchen Cookbook.” Then I decide to take the plunge and open a Superfood Cafe in Hollywood, C2 Organics. At C2 Organics Kitchen, we created the weight loss cooking show for Fit TV. Com.

At this point, I decided it was time to attend culinary school. I have studied holistic nutrition at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Raw food with David Wolfe, and have Completed Culinary School at “ Escoffier.”

Superfoods focus on improving organ function and many other medical conditions such as infertility in men and women, digestive disorders, stress, anxiety, cancer, insomnia, alongside preventing many of these conditions. You will discover new energy levels, attain youthful and glowing skin, benefit the magic of ancient knowledge of food and plants as we help environmental issues caused by the mistreatment of our food and animals that will, in turn, help you evolve to a higher state of being.

Andie has cooked for Yo Gotti, Zach, and Debbie Snyder and is currently working for a Billionaire his private chef. I cater; destination weddings, private parties and cooperate events all over the country.
