This family style dinner will feature local and seasonal produce in a 4 course tasting menu: Asian inspired flavors paired with California ingredients.

Savory Pancake with Homemade Kraut

Inspired by okonomiyaki, this pancake has several satisfying layers of savory, from the scallions and kraut to the spicy aioli. Garnished with toasted sesame seeds.
Chicken Curry

Seasonal vegetables and homemade curry paste simmered in chicken bone broth create a savory and deeply nourishing stew. Brimming with herbal and spicy notes, and juicy roast chicken, this is the midweek pick-me-up you've been craving. Served with coconut rice and topped with cilantro and lime.
Almond Cake with Ginger Jam
Dessert
This cake has a deliciously delicate crumb and moist texture. It's wheat free, but I doubt you'll miss the gluten. The addition of the ginger jam offers just enough spice to make it nice... a "dessert digestif" if you will.
