Chef Andrew Cini recently began a residency as interim chef de cuisine. Before returning to his hometown of Wilmington, Cini worked under Philadelphia restaurateur and Delaware native Tyler Akin, first at Akin’s 18-seat Vietnamese cafe, Stock, and later as a sous chef helping to open Rittenhouse’s popular all-day cafe, Res Ipsa, under Chef Michael Vincent Ferrerri.
