Come enjoy scratch-made morning goodness! Our ham is cured in molasses and herbs for two weeks before being slow-smoked over hickory wood for six hours. A thick slice of that is fried in brown butter and smothered in molten Comte cheese before being finished with a sunny-side up farm egg and placed over a homemade English muffin.
We'll also be serving a fall salad of arugula, chilled roast Delicata squash and pomegranate. Check out the full menu below.

Tiny Bagels and Lox

Petite everything bagels with smoked salmon and chive schmear, tomatoes, shallots, and capers
Sunny Side Sandwich
Entree
Fresh English muffins flavored with chives and buttermilk support a thick slab of molasses-cured ham that has been hickory-smoked for six hours then fried in brown butter. Comté cheese is melted over it before being finished with a sunny-side up egg.
Autumn Salad

Fresh arugula and dandelion greens are tossed with thin wheels of roasted, chilled Delicata squash, pomegranate seed, pecans and pepitas. This is all dressed in a vinaigrette of pumpkinseed oil, concentrated pomegranate juice and balsamic vinegar.
Roasted Red Corn Grits

Heirloom Bloody Butcher corn roasted and milled fresh by our friends at Congaree Milling Company in Columbia, SC. The grits are slow-cooked for three hours before being finished with home made cultured butter, flakey salt and black pepper.
Late Season Plums with Ginger and Burnt Orange
Dessert
Fresh plums slices dressed in spiced jam over burnt orange panna cotta and topped with icy ginger granita and clove wafers.
Warm Apple Fritters

Traditional fritters loaded with cinnamon and market apples fried fresh, glazed and served still warm.
