Hi. I'm Angelica and I make plant-based food for everyone. Right now my concept can be described as farm to table with an Asian flair. But more fundamentally, this food came out of love.

When I first became a vegan chef, I realized that all the flavors in the world originally came from plants. Animals just concentrate and transform those flavors. To make food that is just as intense and complex without animal products, I have to take on those processes of concentration and transformation in the kitchen.

This was an Eureka moment that transformed the way I cooked. As I became a process-oriented rather than recipe-oriented cook, I wanted to get closer to the source of my ingredients.

Out of gratitude for the abundance and beauty of plant-based ingredients, I have chosen not to work with animal product anymore.
