Chef Angelica from Corinth House is pleased to join forces with Chef Robert Montano for a one-night only collaboration that will transport you to the fragrant shores of South-East Asia. Chef Robert has traveled the world drawing inspiration from amazing food. He's worked in Spain under Joan Roca, where he developed a passion for modern avant-garde cooking. He's also worked with some of the top chefs of LA, including Michael Voltaggio, Marcel Vigneron and Ricardo Zárate.
