Champagne Strawberries On Ice
Beverage
Bruno Mars sang about "Strawberry Champagne on ice" but here at Corinth House we think traditional bubbly with some strawberries on the side is twice as nice.
If one glass is not enough, get the "Champagne Strawberries all night" add-on and we'll keep it coming.

Our interpretation of the French Laundry classic "Oysters and Pearls". Oyster, maitake and enoki mushrooms are bathed in a creamy sabayon with tapioca "pearls".
And yes, the dish will be topped with -- plant-based -- caviar.
