Georgian cuisine is one of my favorite in the whole world. Their food culture is incredibly rich and diverse. With this dinner, I'll recreate Georgian most favorite dishes, along with my modern interpretation of their traditional recipes. Join us for a wonderful and unique Georgian feast!

Homemade Infused Vodka
As always, we'll start our dinner with a cold shot of vodka infused with fresh berries, herbs, or fruits.
Spinach Pkhali
Traditional Georgian appetizer of chopped and minced spinach, walnuts, herbs, and garlic. Will be served with some pomegranate seeds and tangy pomegranate molasses.
Badrijani Nigvzit
Small Plate
Walnut stuffed Eggplant Roll - Caucasus favorite appetizer. Served with cilantro leaves and tangy pomegranate molasses.
Adjarian Khachapuri
The star of our dinner. Georgian cheese-filled bread in which the dough is formed into an open boat shape and the hot pie is topped with an egg and a pat of butter before serving.
Small Plate
An incredibly flavorful dish made with kidney beans, onions, aromatic spices, and herbs.
Tender and flavorful stewed chicken with fresh herbs and tomato sauce.
Walnut Cake
A slice of warm walnut cake served with a scoop of homemade ice cream.
