Menu detail

Homemade Infused Vodka
As always, we'll start our dinner with a cold shot of vodka infused with fresh berries, herbs, or fruits.
One of the tastiest treats in East European culinary tradition, salo, is a low-meat high-fat salted companion often used to chase with Vodka. We'll serve it with a thin slice of rye bread and some spicy condiments.
Farmers Cheese with Herbs
My mom's signature appetizer. Tangy farmers cheese blended with fresh herbs and garlic. Served on a traditional rye bread.
Sauerkraut and Kilbasa
Small Plate
Delicious Sauerkraut braised with dried herbs and spices served with baked Polish Kilbasa.
Eggplant Rolls
Small Plate
Walnut stuffed Eggplant Roll came to Ukraine from sunny Georgia. Served with cilantro leaves, pomegranate seeds, and tangy pomegranate molasses.
Sauerkraut Pierogi
Wonderfully delicious Pierogi stuffed with homemade Sauer Kraut and mashed potato. Served with fried mushrooms and a dollop of sour cream.
Meat Pierogi
Another type of Pierogi. These babies are stuffed with a delicate mixture of cooked pork, beef, and onion. Served with sour cream and fried onion.
Sour Cherry Pierogi
Sour Cherries and Pierogi is a perfect marriage of ingredients. We'll serve them with a little bit of butter and sour cream on the side.
We'll finish our dinner with delicious puff pastry cones with a Swiss Meringue filling.
