Georgian cuisine is one of my favorite in the whole world. Their food culture is incredibly rich and diverse. With this dinner, I'll recreate Georgian most favorite dishes, along with my modern interpretation of their traditional recipes. Join us for a wonderful family style Georgian feast!

Homemade Infused Vodka
As always, we'll start our dinner with a cold shot of vodka infused with fresh berries, herbs, or fruits.
Spinach Pkhali
Traditional Georgian appetizer of chopped and minced spinach, walnuts, herbs, and garlic. Will be served with some pomegranate seeds and tangy pomegranate molasses.
Yogurt-Sauced Beets
Small Plate
Roasted beets served with garlic yogurt, toasted walnuts and drizzled with sizzling butter - a perfect combination of sweet and tart.
Badrijani Ojakhuri
A colorful vegetable stew made with delicate eggplant, bell pepper, and tomatoes.
Katami Brotseulit
Tender and flavorful chicken simmered in pomegranate juice.
Adjarian Khachapuri
The star of our dinner. Georgian cheese-filled bread in which the dough is formed into an open boat shape and the hot pie is topped with an egg and a pat of butter before serving.
Assorted Sweets
Will serve a platter full of different desserts like stuffed dated and walnut saragli.
