If according to Russian poet Alexander Pushkin, every Georgian dish is a poem. Then every Georgian feast must be a polyphony written with food and wine. With this dinner, I want to take you on an exciting culinary journey to one of the most beautiful countries that gave birth to wine and colorful Supra feasts. I'll recreate Georgian most favorite dishes, along with my modern interpretation of their traditional recipes. Together we'll taste the most delicious Adjarian Khachapuri, famous Honey cake, and drink mysterious Qvevri wine. Join us for a wonderful family-style Georgian feast!
